  • Reduce delivery times
  • Shortens procurement cycle 
  • Optimise and increase the efficiency of procurement teams
  • Saves cost and limits maverick spending.

Disadvantages:

  • The installation and integration of an e-procurement application with other enterprise back-end systems is just one potential obstacle in the way of successful implementation.
  • Another obstacle is getting workers to use it. To ensure a smooth transition to the new online system, businesses must also collaborate with suppliers.
